The Orchestra Project is a yearly summer music camp held on the campus of VCU. It is a joint venture between the Richmond Symphony and the Music Department of Virginia Commonwealth University. The Orchestra Project features two camps that run simultaneously: String Odyssey for developing string players with 2 years experience, and String Intensive for the advanced string player.
Open to middle and high school music students, the Festival offers a friendly and relaxed setting for musical growth in band, piano, voice, and strings.
