Kids will learn basic kicks, blocks and self-defense, and be able to break a REAL wooden board by the end of the week! All techniques will be practiced on pads, no sparring will occur between students, so your child's safety is assured. Shy kids? No Problem! Watch them come out of their shell in just days? Hyperactive kids? They'll burn more in an hour than they will all day!
