Ocean Science and Maritime History Programs
At Tumbleweed, we focus more on growth and learning than just on doing activities. We teach social intelligence, self-control, gratitude, grit, curiosity, optimism and zest. Offering a variety of camp programs and educational opportunities, Tumbleweed has provided an enriching atmosphere that has fostered growth and development in children since 1954.
Session dates are July 8th to the 13th 2018. Located east of San Diego, Camp Oliver is an overnight camp for children ages 6-12. Come join the fun at Camp Oliver!
Campers will work together to produce a final production of a popular musical for friends and family to enjoy!

Camp Laurel, a camp for children living with HIV and AIDS, provides wilderness educational camping experiences for children 6-16 years of age. The program focuses on building self esteem through developing lasting friendships and participating in novel activities.
Christian adventure camps in California for church youth groups. Rock-N-Water helps people grow closer to God through whitewater rafting, rock climbing, backpacking, and living history programs.
Our campsite is just a short ferry ride away with campers supervised by our experienced staff on the ferry ride to and from camp each day.
Ojai Summer Programs offer a combination academic and activity program. Campers may take general morning classes for credit or enrichment in study skills, reading , writing, perfoming arts, arts and crafts, and science. There are three afternoon activity periods. All campers experience an outdoor campout at the beach or local los Padres National forest.
Our media camps offer filmmaking, stop motion animation, and green screen.
C.A.I.S. offers 3 academically rich & fun filled summer camps designed for children from 3 - 13 years of age. Mandarin Immersion (Chinese language), Montessori Program (Pre-K + K), and Exploration Camp (Academic Enrichment 4th-8th grade).
At MMB, we avoid the ‘day care’ model and focus on advanced and thorough instruction.
Outpost is a day camp adventure program for children ages 3-14, including door-to-door transportation to surrounding areas for our elementary and middle school campers.
Our Camp program is enriched in the creative arts. Each session has a unique program and no two sessions are the same. We believe what makes Creative Space Camp special and separates us from the rest is the quality of our staff. Our staff members are highly qualified specialists within their individual fields.

Located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills Camp Woolman is a place where every day is an adventure! Campers come here to backpack, make new friends, visit beautiful places, learn about nature, play games, do arts and crafts, explore in our garden, be their true selves, and live in small and caring community. Campers in grades 1-6 can explore science in a fun, interactive way. Our quality hands-on experiments, innovative curriculum and professional instructors bring your child’s understanding of science to the next level.
Students will develop and improve their performative skills by studying with Bay Area experts in such areas as Acting, Voice, Movement, Text Analysis and more, all while rehearsing one of Shakespeare’s most beloved plays for a performance on the Bruns stage!
Camp Menzies is a beautiful 176-acre mountain site located in Calaveras County at a 5,000 foot elevation in the Sierra Nevada mountains, approximately 80 miles east of Stockton. You can read more about our camp on the Girl Scouts Heart of Central Califonia Web site.
