Skylake has been providing the traditional residential camp opportunity since 1945. Family owned and operated Skylake. The traditions and energy at Skylake run deep. Most of our campers start as young campers and continue to come for many years. Skylake friendships last a life time.

Located on Bass Lake the campers take full advantage of the large lake for swimming, skiing, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking and banana boating. Sunning on the docks is a favorite activity.

Up the hill in camp there is volleyball, tennis, ropes course, ceramics, crafts, guitar, camp cooking, ball field, lodge activities and of course horse back riding up into the hills.

The Skylake calendar is filled with special days, dance parties, and endless challenges. Skylake is an electronic free zone. Cell phones are left at home so campers truly get a chance to unwind from the busy social life at home. Campers are unanimous in their appreciation of this policy.

Food is very important at Skylake. Everything from our very own homemade ice creams and Italian ices to Very Merry Berry Wednesday where we serve more fresh berries and whipped cream than can possibly be consumed. We strive for very healthy foods and offer special menus for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free, and just about any other special food needs.
