Our summer camps are an enriching experience where campers are immersed into outdoor science learning, teamwork and leadership. Camps run from Sunday afternoon to Friday morning and are held at Grizzly Creek Ranch, located near Portola, California — just an hour north of Truckee, CA. Your camper will experience activities such as archery, kayaking, the challenge course and sharing stories by the campfire. Sessions start in late-June and run for eight weeks to early-August. Our facilities and cabins are modern and ADA compliant. There's a main lodge that includes two large dining halls, dozens of group cabins and acres of land for outdoor activities.
