Designed for students interested in learning about aviation or considering a career in aviation. During the course of our week, students receive a full-access pass to the aviation community of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan area. Some activities include the Delta Air Line's 'Below the Wing' tour where students get to shadow employees on the ramp during a working flight, a visit to Minneapolis Air Traffic Control Tower, 'A Day in the Life' experience at an airline flight attendant training facility and piloting multiple aircraft with FAA Certified Flight Instructors including gliders, helicopters, general aviation training aircraft, a special full-motion airline simulator time slot and more. Our staff is composed of airline pilots, air traffic controllers, FAA employees, and college students enrolled in local aviation programs.
