There’s sailing in Colorado? You bet, and lots of it!

Cherry Creek Reservoir (just south of Denver) and Boulder Reservoir (just North East of Boulder) are our two main locations where we teach a variety of programs. At Community Sailing Colorado we teach programs such as youth summer camps, adult classes, adaptive sailing, outreach events, junior race team, sailboat rentals, corporate teambuilding, company parties and so much more. Our goal is to make sailing accessible to all in Colorado, regardless of age and ability.

This past season CSC was able to share sailing with over 3,000 people in Colorado. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we couldn’t do this without our generous donors who provide scholarships for our youth as well as funding for our adaptive and outreach programs.

Summer Camps: Our Summer Camps are an incredible opportunity for adventurous youth, ages 5-17, to experience all that sailing has to offer. What could be more fun than driving around in what feels like a wind-powered floating go-kart? In addition to the excitement it brings, sailing also helps youth further develop skills such as collaboration, creative problem solving, independence, leadership, and effective communication. At CSC we feel these experiences reach beyond the shores of our reservoirs and really expand a child’s life. Thanks to donations made to our scholarship program last year, we awarded scholarships to 51 young members of our community who couldn’t otherwise afford it.

You can choose from any one of the following levels:
Little Puffs (5-6 years old)
Learn To Sail (7-17 years old)
Intermediate (8-17 years old)
Advanced (12-17 years old)
SUP+Kayak+Sailing (9-17 year olds)* Boulder Reservoir also incorporates Windsurfing into this multi-sport camp.

Camps cost $467 ($442 prior to April 1) and run Monday-Friday from 9:00-3:30pm.
