Fernbrook Farms is NJ’s premiere nature camp engaging campers by exploring the complex interconnectedness of our natural world on our 230-acre farm. Through hands-on choice activities, campers are inspired to pursue their natural curiosities in our creek, meadow, pond, forest, and more! At Fernbrook Farms, your kids might get a little dirty; to be honest, they’re going to get dirty for sure, but that’s what happens when kids are truly active and experience nature personally!

Our goal is that each child leaves our farm with a sixth sense, a sense of appreciation of the natural world, agriculture, and healthy lifestyles. We engage kids with our farm animals and inspire exploration in our ecosystems, which lead to future stewardship for the environment. Favorite activities include catching frogs at the pond, harvesting & cooking fresh vegetables from our children’s garden, exploring the creek for bugs & fossils, building shelters in our forests, and wishing the day wouldn’t come to an end!

We offer full-day (8:30 – 4) camp for 3-14 yr olds and several partial day/week options for 3-5 yr olds. For the 12-14 year olds, some weeks have overnight camping options available as well as 2 weeks going on 4-day/3-night adventure (1 canoeing, 1 hiking) trips. Also, extended day and transportation options are available.
