About

NEW and improved curriculum. Our skills camps will focus on fundamentals, including things like shooting, ball handling, rebounding and defense. Skills work will be followed by short sided games (like 1v1, 2v2.......5v5) and daily competitions. Strength, speed, and agility will also be apart of our daily workouts. Groups will be determined according to age, gender, and ability. Together we'll work hard and have fun!
