Campers can stay for a single 5-day session or up to 8 weeks. For those who have never been to camp before, a First Time Camper Program of 2 days is offered. Sleeping accomodations are rustic cabins with nearby washhouses, supervised by US and International staff.

We are committed to offering campers high quality educational programs while achieving the same level of excellence as our partners at Cornell University. Activities are chosen by the camper, and include Self Defense, Fishing, Sewing, Cricket, Soccer, Horseback Riding, Ropes Challenge, Archery, Drama, Outdoor Cooking and Farm/Horticulture.

The Dorothy P. Flint Nassau County 4-H Camp offers a variety of outdoor educational opportunities for schools, youth groups and community organizations. Groups can schedule educational programs and rent camp facilities as well as food service, from September-June. The camp is operated by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Nassau County.
