Nepean Ottawa Diving Club daytime summer diving camps are run under the supervision of the Head Coach and trained coaches. Every session includes trampoline and dry-land training, as well as diving on 1-meter and 3-meter boards, according to various diving skill level of each camper. Whether campers are learning new dives for the first time, or work to improve the mechanics of various dives, they will receive instruction and individual feedback from coaches.
