Come join us for Boots & Saddles, a horse camp for girls ages 10 and up. We are located on the scenic Cedar River, with over 200 acres of beautiful trails through forests and meadows for campers to explore. Campers spend mornings learning how to care for and ride their horses and afternoons and evenings enjoying traditions like a campfire cookout, hayrack ride, pizza night, and scary stories.

Campers spend several hours with the horses each day, usually coming back from a ride in the morning just in time for lunch. Safety is a must, and all campers are required to wear a helmet when riding. We own all of our horses and they are well trained and well cared-for. Each horse is specifically chosen to match the rider's ability level. By the end of the week all campers will have learned how to walk, trot and canter and will show off these skills to friends and family in a horse show Thursday evening. We also teach campers the responsibilities that come with owning horses, as we give all our horses a lifetime home and continue to love and care for them even after they've had to retire.

Camps run Monday-Thursday from mid June through early August (contact us for current dates, usually available by January each year) and cost $375/week (prices subject to change). Besides camp, we are open for trail rides weekends April-October for individuals and groups, no experience necessary. $25/hr. You can also rent the lodge Friday or Saturday night and make your visit complete. A full kitchen and bath facilities are available. Great for birthdays and other special occasions!
