Camp Whitman is a traditional children’s summer camp owned and operated by the Presbytery of Geneva, in partnership with the Presbytery of Genesee Valley.

During our week-long camp programs campers make new friends, experience living in the outdoors, gain independence, and explore their faith in a warm, caring Christian community. We meet each camper wherever they are in their personal faith journey, and provide a fun, safe place to learn about themselves and one another.

Camp Whitman strives to include people with diverse interests, backgrounds, and abilities in all of our programs. Acceptance and participation in the program are the same for everyone. Individuals of all faiths, races, sexual orientations, creeds, genders or gender identities are welcome and encouraged to attend. program.

Located on the western shores of Seneca Lake, our 117 acre property features hundreds of feet of shoreline, a private pond, meadows, woods, grassy fields, ravines and nature trails. The camp property is well-maintained yet rustic. Campers live in small cabins clustered in units, eat together in a large dining hall, and swim in a pool. Our camp programs are faith-based and include daily Bible-study, songs, and weekly vesper services. In addition, campers participate in a variety of traditional camp activities including: swimming, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, arts & crafts, sports, ropes courses and more.
