The CISS FLY Experience in Montreal summer programme is available for boys and girls, ages 13 to 18, and is divided into two distinct parts:

English and/or French as a Second Language Study (ESL/FSL)

Specialty Workshops

Excursions and Activities

On arrival, students are issued a lanyard used to identify their language of study. From that point forward, communication with that student will be done only in their selected language - either French or English. A typical day in the programme offers a three-hour language session and a scheduled or leisure excursion or activity.

Programme Package includes:

•15 hours of ESL or FSL instruction per week (FSL follows Standard/International French)
•1 hour = 60 minutes
•15 minute break included in daily hours
•4 levels of ESL or FSL (Beg/ L-Beg/ L-Int/ H-Int)
•Small classes – 15 students max
•Placement testing on first full day of programme
•A language workshop once weekly designed to bring classroom learning into real-life situations
•Out-of-class immersion in target language
•Professional and qualified teachers
