The STUDIO@ Arts Garage Summer Camp 2016
For Students Aged 6 – 18

Tuition for each session is $600

Our goal is to produce a well-rounded artist. Each three week session will culminate in an original show, 30-45 minutes in length.
Acting/Musical Theatre: Students will focus on music and theatre: voice, dance, and acting. They will learn about stage presence, group collaboration, utilizing the imagination, basic stage skills, vocal technique and projection, understanding and utilizing physicality, and developing a script. This will include solo and group work in song, character development, and dance combinations.
Visual Art/Technical Theatre: This area is for the student who loves the “behind-the-scenes” work that is necessary for success in any production. These students will explore their imagination and expressive ability through printmaking, collage, painting, and design. They will then utilize these techniques to explore costume and scenic design while also assisting in stage management, lighting, and much more.
