Since 1982 the Washington County 4-H Wagon Train has provided opportunities for youth and families to experience a living history, walking in the footsteps of pioneers. We create unique, achievable goals and provide the framework for problem-solving and personal growth. Participants hike or ride in covered wagons during the day and enjoy shared meals, work and play, song and campfires, crafts and community. Our one-of-a-kind week-long traveling program fosters teamwork, builds confidence and creates lifelong friends.
